Kotlin developer nebo team leader

Skvělá příležitost pro zkušené vývojáře (případně team leadery), kteří by se rádi podíleli na vývoji backendu rozsáhlého projektu na zelené louce.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro pražskou pobočku velké české finanční společnosti.

Na této pozici budete:

  • podílet se na vývoji rozsáhlého nového projektu v oblasti finančnictví, mít zodpovědnost za jednotlivé komponenty
  • v Kotlinu pracovat na backendu od samotné tvorby architektury až po implementaci
  • spolupracovat s týmy zaměřenými na vývoj frontendu i byznys analýzu
  • součástí menšího týmu nadšenců

Na vedoucí pozici budete navíc:

  • mít na starosti řízení a prioritizaci úkolů v týmu
  • dohlížet na kvalitu procesu vývoje a navrhovat jeho rozvoj
  • denně komunikovat s projektovým manažerem a vedoucím vývoje backendu

Požadavky

Hledáme jednoho klasického vývojáře a jednoho team leadera, kteří:

  • mají alespoň 3leté zkušenosti s vývojem v Kotlinu či Javě
  • znají Kotlin, a ideálně i frameworky Spring a Micronaut
  • umí pracovat s databázemi, ideálně s PostgreSQL a MongoDB
  • se ideálně již setkali s technologiemi jako je Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki (výhodou)
  • nemají problém si v angličtině přečíst mail či dokumentaci

Pro pozici team leadera je navíc nutností alespoň 2letá zkušenost s vedením lidí.
