During the trial period, it can happen that the company and the candidate are not a good match. In such cases, we provide a free candidate replacement or a refund of the invoiced amount on a proportional basis according to the month of termination.

What regions or countries do you specialize in recruiting?

We operate in Brno and most frequently look for IT talents in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Due to remote cooperation, recruitment doesn´t have any borders. According to the individual needs of our clients, we can offer IT talent search for other parts of the world.

At our startup, we would like to use your help with the recruitment. Do you work only with large IT companies or do you have experience with smaller startups?

Our clients include companies of all sizes. During our company's journey, we have had the opportunity to work with large international companies as well as helped smaller Czech companies find IT candidates.

How is your service charged?

Our charging is based on a placement fee. We only issue the invoice at the moment when the candidate starts working in your company. For more detailed information about our prices and terms and conditions, we recommend contacting us directly.

Do I need to sign a contract at the start of our cooperation?

Yes, signing a contract to start the cooperation is essential. Signing a contract allows us to clearly define the expectations and obligations of both parties, which is the basis for transparent cooperation. The contract describes in detail the services we provide, the amount of the fee and the terms and conditions.

How long will it take you to deliver suitable candidates?

Regardless we meet in person, online, or over the phone, we present to our candidates the uniqueness of your company culture and a detailed job description with your expectations. We subsequently send you an interview report including personal and professional characteristics to the company with personal and professional characteristics (tech skills, soft skills, language skills). As a result, only the profiles of candidates who are genuinely interested in the position and are likely to be a good fit - technically, linguistically, and personally - are sent to you.
When it comes to technical testing, most clients prefer to test the candidates only at the technical round of the interview at their company. However, if our client wishes, we can assign any technical test they provide.

Is it possible to use only the advertising service on your site?

We do not offer advertising of your positions on our website solely. As an IT recruitment agency, we focus on complex recruitment services and active talent sourcing that go above and beyond mere advertising, which is just one channel of our recruitment strategy. Thus, it is not possible to advertise jobs ads on our website without using the complex services.

Do you cooperate with other agencies?

No. We mediate employment or cooperation directly between the candidate and the company. Candidates, therefore, have a contract signed directly with the company they will be working for.
