Servisní technik pro software (junior/medior)

Hledáme nadšeného a technicky zaměřeného komunikativního kolegu, který ovládá SQL, umí pracovat s Linuxem a baví ho spolupráce se zákazníky pro poskytování SW podpory a nasazování SW u klientů.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro zahraniční výrobní a SW společnost a její brněnskou pobočku.

Na této pozici budete:

  • v úzkém kontaktu se zákazníky, kteří využívají SW produkty společnosti
  • analyzovat jejich požadavky na úpravu SW, navrhovat řešení v rámci stávajícího portfolia produktů
  • nastavovat SW podle požadavků
  • instalovat produkty nebo aktualizační doplňky k produktům
  • poskytovat následný servis a IT podporu (hledání příčin a odstraňování chyb)
  • řešit troubleshooting, analyzovat problémy, měnit parametry aplikace, konfigurovat SW
  • vytvářet tiskové sestavy
  • cestovat (10% času) a školit uživatele u zákazníka
  • spolupracovat s kolegy ze servisu a s vývojem SW v Rakousku

Požadavky

Co potřebujeme:

  • znalost SQL (selecty, updaty, inserty)
  • znalost OS Linux (instalace stanice, editace konfiguračních souborů SW)
  • základní povědomí o sítích (nastavení IP adresy)
  • komunikativní AJ (schopnost absolvovat zaškolení v Rakousku)
  • pozice je vhodná jak pro VŠ absolventy bez praxe, tak i pro kandidáty s praxí (komerční praxe velkou výhodou)
  • VŠ vzdělání informatického směru nebo SŠ s praxí
  • podmínkou je řidičský průkaz sk. B
  • ochotu příležitostně cestovat k zákazníkům v rámci ČR, SR - cca 10% času
  • velmi dobré komunikační schopnosti, prozákaznický přístup, ochota učit se nové věci
