Business analytik (Workforce management software)

Mladá pražská společnost hledá zkušeného IT analytika, který bude komunikovat s klienty a specifikovat jejich požadavky na vyvíjený software.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro pražský start-up vyvíjející Workforce management software pro plánování směn a kapacit na základě pokročilých matematických algoritmů.

Náplň práce:

  • implementace Workforce Management Softwaru u klientů
  • komunikace s novými i stávajícími klienty, navrhování optimálního řešení jejich požadavků na SW
  • komunikace s vývojáři při specifikaci požadavků od klienta
  • v případě zájmu je zde možné věnovat se částečně i manuálnímu testování produktu před předáním klientovi
  • předávání produktu klientům

Požadavky

  • zkušenost s tvorbou business analýz a s návrhem řešení
  • znalost vývojového cyklu softwaru
  • schopnost komunikovat se zákazníky ohledně požadavků na software
  • praxe na pozici business analytika (min. 2-3 roky)
  • znalost češtiny nebo slovenštiny na úrovni rodilého mluvčího
  • analytické uvažování
  • schopnost rychle porozumět i složité problematice, ochota ponořit se do řešení problému
  • zodpovědnost, ochota učit se, schopnost týmové spolupráce, proaktivní přístup

Výhodou:

  • znalost UML
  • pokročilá znalost MS Excel
  • zkušenost s návrhem či testováním webových a mobilních aplikací
  • angličtina na komunikativní úrovni
