Helpdesk Manager

Pro francouzskou společnost hledáme Helpdesk manažera, který se nebojí vybudovat své vlastní helpdesk oddělení!

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro menší brněnskou pobočku rostoucí francouzské SW společnosti.

Na pozici budete:

  • budovat helpdesk oddělení (nábor support specialistů, nastavení helpdesku, transfer knowledge base ze zahraničí, implementace postupů)
  • řídit tým techniků, vést hodnotící interview, sledovat výkon týmu a připravovat reporty
  • odpovídat za kvalitu poskytované podpory a za dodržování SLA, řešit případné eskalace
  • zlepšovat zákaznickou podporu a zvyšovat její efektivitu
  • vzdělávat a školit svůj tým, plnit funkci mentora a podporovat tým
  • vytvářet zpětnou vazbu pro interní týmy (např. product developery)

Požadavky

Co byste měli mít:

  • silný technický background
  • velmi dobrou plynulou angličtinu
  • alespoň 2 letou praxi na technické podpoře jako manažer nebo senior specialista s dalšími odpovědnostmi
  • ideální jsou zkušenosti s vedením týmu, případně potenciál k vedení
  • dokončené VŠ vzdělání technického zaměření (min. Bc.)
  • energii a nadšení pro stavění nového týmu, dobré time management dovednosti a vycvičené komunikační schopnosti s uměním vyjednávat
  • vytrénované analytické myšlení a schopnost rychle řešit problémy, organizační dovednosti, schopnosti pro vedení lidí, dobré sociální a prezentační schopnosti
