SW technik/konzultant
Hledáme nadšeného juniora nebo zkušeného technika, který se orientuje v OS Linux, MS Windows, ovládá SQL a baví ho komunikace se zákazníky.
Popis
Pozici obsazujeme pro zahraniční výrobní a SW společnost a její brněnskou pobočku.
Na této pozici budete:
- v úzkém kontaktu se zákazníky, kteří využívají SW produkty společnosti
- analyzovat jejich požadavky na úpravu SW, navrhovat řešení v rámci stávajícího portfolia produktů
- nastavovat SW podle požadavků
- instalovat produkty nebo aktualizační doplňky k produktům
- poskytovat následný servis a IT podporu (hledání příčin a odstraňování chyb)
- cestovat a školit uživatele u zákazníka
- vytvářet tiskové sestavy
- spolupracovat s kolegy ze servisu a s vývojem SW v Rakousku
Požadavky
Co potřebujeme:
- velmi dobré pc znalosti v oblasti HW a sítí
- dobrá znalost MS Windows (na úrovni stanic) a OS Linux
- znalost SQL a relačních databází
- komunikativní znalost AJ
- pozice je vhodná jak pro VŠ absolventy bez praxe, tak i pro zkušené kandidáty (komerční praxe velkou výhodou)
- VŠ vzdělání informatického směru nebo SŠ s delší praxí
- podmínkou je řidičský průkaz sk. B a ochota cestovat (ČR, SR - přibližně30-40% času, ale většinou/po zapracování spíše méně)
- velmi dobré komunikační schopnosti, prozákaznický přístup
