ERP administrátor

Pro rozvíjející se českou společnost hledáme administrátora informačního systému Helios Green.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro českou společnost se sídlem v Brně zabývající se vývojem a distribucí zařízení pro oblast výzkumu a zdravotnictví.

Na této pozici budete:

  • zodpovědný za chod informačního systému Helios Green (spolu s kolegou)
  • poskytovat technickou podporu uživatelům a nastavovat systém podle jejich požadavků
  • tvořit tiskové sestavy
  • navrhovat a optimalizovat workflow
  • spolupracovat na rozvoji a optimalizaci procesů
  • pravidelně školit uživatele
  • vytvářet potřebnou dokumentaci
  • spolupracovat a komunikovat s kolegy z IT, s partnery a dodavateli

Požadavky

  • dobrá znalost administrace některého ERP systému
  • znalost správy MS SQL serveru a MS IIS
  • alespoň základní znalost účetních operací, skladových pohybů, řízení výroby a jejím plánováním v ERP
  • výhodou znalost práce s nástroji jako MS Visio, InfoMaker Sybase, PowerBuilder nebo Jasper
  • schopnost základně se dohovořit v AJ
  • praxe s administrací ERP systému a zkušenost s podporou uživatelů
  • SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání
  • samostatnost, komunikativnost, aktivita, zájem o dlouhodobou spolupráci
