IT školitel/konzultant

Zajištění školení a webinářů pro uživatele interního systému a zpracování jejich požadavků na úpravy.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro českou makléřskou společnost zabývající se pojištěním a finančním poradenstvím, která hledá nové zaměstnance do svého IT oddělení.

Pracovat lze z Brna nebo z Ostravy.

Vaší náplní práce bude:

  • z pozice konzultanta zajistit chod interního IS a jeho dostatečné využití
  • být v kontaktu s obchodníky a poradci a prezentovat jim fungování IS a všechny aktuální změny
  • pomáhat uživatelům s využíváním IS
  • řešit uživatelské problémy
  • pořádat webináře a prezentace pro interní uživatele
  • komunikovat s obchodníky a zjišťovat jejich požadavky na systém, ty pak budete analyzovat a předávat vývojářům

Požadavky

  • orientace v IT a IS, znalost životního cyklu vývoje SW
  • dobré prezentační dovednosti, schopnost se srozumitelně vyjadřovat a komunikovat informace
  • velmi dobrá znalost českého jazyka
  • výhodou zkušenost s vedením webinářů a prezentací
  • velkou výhodou praxe s analýzou požadavků a předáváním do vývoje
  • SŠ/VŠ vzdělání
  • dobré komunikační a analytické schopnosti, schopnost obhájit svůj názor a pracovat samostatně
