Business analytik/analytička (IS pro pojišťovny)

Do pohodového týmu v centru Brna hledáme šikovného analytika, který se orientuje v byznysu i IT, a mluví plynule česky i anglicky.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro menší brněnskou pobočku slovinské společnosti zaměřenou na vývoj a implementaci vlastního informačního systému pro pojišťovny.

Na této pozici budete:

  • analyzovat a spravovat business požadavky
  • mít na starosti směřování, řízení a definici těchto požadavků
  • pracovat na specifikacích dle požadavků či dle strategie jednotlivých modulů IS
  • v případě zájmu se podílet i na implementacích, performance testování apod. (vyvíjí v C# a JavaScriptu)
  • komunikovat se zástupci klientů z obchodních i technických oblastí
  • spolupracovat s dalšími byznys analytiky, SW vývojáři a technickými team leadery
  • pracovat v přátelském týmu v centru Brna

Požadavky

Hledáme energického analytika (či analytičku), který:

  • má programátorskou praxi, zná principy SW vývoje, orientuje se v návrhu SW řešení
  • se bezchybně domluví v českém/slovenském i anglickém jazyce
  • rád mluví na veřejnosti, baví jej prezentace, užívá si meetingy - jednoduše je prostě nadšený do komunikace ve všech směrech
  • má praxi z pozice zaměřené na jednání s klienty
  • vystudoval ideálně vysokou školu v IT
  • fandí neustálému vzdělávání a rozvoji, umí si zorganizovat práci a krom širších spojitostí se umí zaměřit i na detail
  • nemá problém s občasným cestováním po Evropě
