Manažer SW týmu

Hledáme SW manažera s hlubšími znalostmi C++ nebo C#, kterého láká vedení nově sestavovaného týmu.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro rostoucí brněnskou pobočku mezinárodní hi-tech společnosti, která vyvíjí produkty ve specifické technologicky náročné oblasti.

Na pozici budete:

  • mít na starosti nově vznikající 7členný tým zaměřený na vývoj hi-tech produktu
  • zajišťovat správný chod týmu, udržovat příjemné a bezpečné pracovní prostředí
  • zodpovědný za osobní rozvoj jednotlivých členů týmu
  • vést pravidelná setkání ohledně výkonů, nastavování cílů a jejich hodnocení
  • pracovat na konceptech a dlouhodobých plánech vývoje SW u současných i budoucích produktů
  • starat se o nastavení priorit týmu v souladu s roadmapami i potřebami společnosti
  • zodpovědný za rozpočet a plánování zdrojů
  • zpracovávat provozní postupy

Požadavky

Hledáme sympatického a houževnatého SW manažera, který:

  • má dlouholeté zkušenosti s vývojem software v C# nebo C++ (preferovaně), případně v Pythonu či Lua
  • zná a umí používat JSON, XML, HTML
  • běžně pracuje s Gitem či jiným verzovacím systémem
  • se zajímá o vedení lidí a má s ním již nějaké zkušenosti
  • umí vést meetingy, nebojí se rozhodovat a přijmout zodpovědnost
  • vystudoval VŠ v IT nebo podobném technicky zaměřeném oboru
  • nemá problém vykomunikovat (česky i anglicky) cokoliv s kýmkoliv
