UX/UI Designer/developer

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro mezinárodní společnost, jejíž součástí je i inhouse vývoj vlastního software.

Na této pozici budete:

  • klíčovým členem při vývoji, rozvoji a údržbě prvotřídní webové prezentace mezinárodní firmy
  • navrhovat UX a UI pro digitální služby a rozsáhlé webové stránky vyvíjené inhouse
  • také se částečné podílet na vývoji webového UI
  • spolupracovat úzce s webovými vývojáři a kolegy z marketingu při realizaci různých marketingových projektů
  • podílet se na kreativních workshopech s týmem z marketingu a přispívat ke kontinuální inovaci, aby veškerý design systémů byl na špičkové úrovni

Požadavky

Jak si Vás představujeme?

  • máte alespoň 2 roky praxe s UI/UX designem digitálních produktů či služeb
  • můžete prezentovat portfolio návrhů UI/UX
  • umíte používat některé z nástrojů: Sketch, InVision, Visio, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Design Systems
  • rozumíte dobře wireframe nástrojům a jejich roli v návrhovém procesu
  • výborně znáte CSS/SCSS a tvorbu HTML šablon, umíte navrhnout a vytvořit HTML newslettery
  • máte zkušenosti s návrhem a tvorbou storyboards, wireframes, process a user flows a sitemaps
  • znáte práci se SVG formátem a tvorbou SVG obrázků/ikon
  • velmi dobrá plynulá znalost AJ (a bezchybná písemná)
  • VŠ vzdělání technického směru (min. Bc.)
  • výborné komunikační dovednosti, schopnost naslouchat a správně interpretovat feedback
  • schopnost multi-taskingu, time-managementu, samostatnost a schopnost prioritizovat úkoly, schopnost týmové spolupráce

Co bychom ocenili navíc?

  • Javascript pro robustní prototypování
  • zkušenosti s návrhem grafiky či praxi v roli Front-end či UI Developer, případně Product Designer
  • mimořádné zaměření na detail, informovanost v posledních UI trendech a technikách a technologiích
  • obeznámenost s přístupem "Mobile First" a component a atomic design
  • global mind-set, schopnost adaptovat se na různorodé kulturní prostředí, proaktivní přístup
