Team Lead / Senior developer (mobilní aplikace)

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro SW oddělení úspěšné české rostoucí společnosti podnikající v oblasti služeb.

Na této pozici budete:

  • vést malý tým Android a iOS vývojářů
  • zastřešovat vývoj mobilních aplikací pro Android a iOS
  • analyzovat požadavky, navrhovat řešení a architekturu, ovlivňovat výslednou podobu mobilních aplikací
  • podílet se na code review
  • poskytovat mentoring členům týmu
  • komunikovat s produktovým oddělením a dalšími týmy
  • pracovat týmově v rámci agilního přístupu

Použité technologie:

  • Android (Kotlin) a iOS (nativní vývoj aplikací ve Swift / Objective C)
  • testují poctivě Unit testy a logují přes ELK
  • kód verzují na GitLabu a práci řídí v Atlassian JIRA
  • vyvíjí agilně, dělají code review

Požadavky

  • dobrá znalost programování v Androidu (Kotlin) a/nebo v iOS (Swift)
  • znalost moderních technologií v oblasti vývoje software pro mobilní telefony
  • schopnost definovat / zvolit vhodnou technologii vývoje v Androidu a/nebo v iOS
  • znalost GIT, JIRA
  • alespoň základní pasivní znalost AJ
  • minimálně 3 roky praxe s vývojem mobilních aplikací pro Android a/nebo iOS
  • velkou výhodou zkušenosti s prací s týmem (vedení/mentoring/tech leading)
  • pozice je také vhodné pro seniorní vývojáře, kteří mají zájem se posunout k vedení menšího týmu lidí
  • SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání technického směru
  • schopnost týmové práce, samostatnost, aktivní přístup, analytické myšlení, kreativita
