Koordinátor/ka uživatelské podpory (bez AJ)

Pozice pro kandidáty, které baví podpora uživatelů a komunikace s vývojáři.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro českou makléřskou společnost zabývající se pojištěním a finančním poradenstvím, která hledá nové zaměstnance do svého IT oddělení v Brně.

Vaší náplní práce bude:

  • vedení 2 kolegů, kteří poskytují uživatelskou podporu, rozdělování práce
  • komunikace s dodavatelskou firmou ohledně vývoje interních aplikací
  • poskytování zákaznické a technické podpory zaměstnancům společnosti
  • řešení nastalých problémů – běžné problémy uživatelů pc, jako jsou problémy s MS Office, internetovým prohlížečem, emailovým klientem apod.
  • spolupráce s dalšími kolegy z týmu
  • občasné cestování do pražské pobočky

Požadavky

  • dobrá znalost práce v MS Office
  • základní administrátorská znalost MS Windows
  • výhodou znalost HTML, CSS, SQL
  • zkušenost s podporou uživatelů, orientace v oblasti ERP systémů
  • velkou výhodou zkušenost s vedením menšího týmu
  • min. SŠ vzdělání technického směru
  • řidičský průkaz sk. B
  • dobré komunikační a organizační dovednosti, vstřícnost a ochota, trpělivost
