Scrum Master - na HPP i ŽL

Pro úspěšnou českou SW společnost zaměřující se na vývoj logistického řešení hledáme Scrum Mastera s osobním přístupem, který bude novým parťákem třem scrum týmům.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro úspěšnou českou SW společnost, která se zabývá vývojem a implementací specializovaných informačních systémů.

Budete zde:

  • komunikovat a aplikovat agilní procesy, principy a hodnoty
  • pomáhat SW týmu dosáhnout jeho cílů a odstraňovat případné překážky, které tomu mohou bránit
  • zodpovědný/á za osvojování a dodržování pravidel Scrumu
  • hlídat termíny a plánovat standupy
  • koučovat a mentorovat tři přidělené Scrum týmy
  • sdílet s Product Ownerem informace o situaci v týmu, upozorňovat jej na technický dluh, jehož řešení by bylo vhodné zaplánovat do dalšího sprintu
  • spolupracovat s Product Ownery, projektovými manažery, SW architekty apod.
  • dle potřeby moderovat všechny schůzky ve Scrumu
  • motivovat tým k lepším výsledkům
  • pracovat za použití agilních metodik v menším, přátelském týmu

Požadavky

  • velmi dobré porozumění agilním metodikám vývoje SW
  • výhodou znalost produktů od Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Stash)
  • výhodou znalost verzovacího systému Git
  • výhodou programátorské zkušenosti
  • alespoň pasivní znalost AJ
  • praxe na pozici Scrum Mastera
  • SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru
  • velmi dobré komunikační dovednosti, organizační a plánovací schopnosti, schopnost motivovat tým, operativně vyhodnocovat informace a delegovat úkoly

Nabídka

  • jedná se o zaměstnanecký pracovní poměr, ale možnost spolupráce i na ŽL, plný nebo zkrácený úvazek (min. 0,7 úvazek)
  • možnost práce na dobu neurčitou nebo určitou - dle domluvy
