Linux specialista technické podpory

Hledáme Linux administrátory, které baví komunikace s lidmi a rádi by poskytovali komplexní podporu pro zajímavý produkt.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro českou společnost, která vyvíjí komplexní systémy pro řízení letového provozu především pro zahraniční zákazníky.

Vaší náplní práce bude:

  • zodpovědnost za převzetí požadavku a jeho vyřešení
  • analýza problému a návrh řešení
  • komunikace s vývojáři a příprava zadání do vývoje
  • otestování opravené chyby a nasazení opravené chyby u zákazníka
  • aktivní komunikace se zákazníkem a případné vysvětlení fungování systému

Požadavky

  • velmi dobrá znalost administrace Linuxu (ideálně zkušenost s OpenSUSE)
  • znalost síťové problematiky
  • alespoň základní orientace v oblasti vývoje SW
  • výhodou znalost SQL a bash skriptování
  • komunikativní AJ
  • minimálně 3-4 roky praxe s poskytováním technické podpory
  • dobré komunikativní schopnosti, samostatnost, aktivní přístup
