HR recruiter / Office manager

Hledáme energického člověka pro zastřešení HR agendy ve společnosti vyvíjející SW pro streamování sportovních přenosů! Ideální příležitost pro začínající HRisty!

Popis

Tuto pozici obsazujeme pro nový brněnský tým české společnosti, která vyvíjí SW pro streamování videa.

Na této pozici budete:

  • mít na starost oblast náboru (inzerce, vyhledávání kandidátů, organizace a vedení pohovorů) a základní personální administrativu
  • komunikovat s personálními agenturami
  • starat se o personální marketing, spravovat sociální sítě
  • účastnit se konferencí, spolupracovat s vysokými školami
  • organizovat firemní akce
  • zastřešovat chod kanceláře, starat se o služební cesty zaměstnanců, pracovat s financemi

Požadavky

  • dobré komunikační dovednosti
  • výhodou znalost Zákoníku práce a personálních procesů
  • plynulá aktivní znalost AJ (úroveň B2 či vyšší)
  • výhodou zkušenosti z oblasti recruitmentu či HR
  • vzdělání humanitního (personální management apod.) či ekonomického směru
  • samostatnost, pečlivost, aktivní a pozitivní přístup
  • výhodou nadšení do oblasti IT
