Operations Specialist

Máte zkušenosti s poskytováním technické podpory zákazníkům? Znáte velmi dobře Linux a umíte anglicky? Hledáme právě Vás!

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro mezinárodní společnost se zaměřením především na vývoj SW pro datová centra.

Na této pozici budete:

  • pracovat v menším SCRUM týmu na brněnské nebo ostravské pobočce
  • poskytovat vzdálenou podporu zákazníkům v zahraničí (mailová i telefonická komunikace) pro platformy Gerrit, GitLab nebo ARM/Artifactory
  • poskytovat technickou podporu dle nastavených SLA
  • řešit incidenty, troubleshooting, bugfixing
  • mít na starosti monitoring, analýzy, instalace a upgrady systému
  • spolupracovat s vývojáři

Požadavky

  • velmi dobrá znalost Linuxu
  • znalost životního cyklu vývoje SW nebo testování
  • výhodou znalost skriptování či programování (například Python, Bash, C)
  • komunikativní angličtina pro denní využití (písemná i mluvená forma)
  • alespoň 2 roky zkušeností na podobné nebo support pozici
  • výhodou zkušenost s Gerrit, GitLab, ARM/Artifactory, Jira
