Konzultant/ka HR systému

Máte ekonomické vzdělání, jste zapálení pro informační systémy či HR systémy a chtěli byste pomáhat zákazníkům? Pojďte pracovat jako konzultant známého HR systému!

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro stabilní českou SW společnost zabývající se vývojem informačních systémů pro oblast ekonomiky, řízení lidských zdrojů či logistiky.

Vaší náplní práce bude:

  • počáteční zaškolení na hlavní produkt - mzdový systém
  • poskytovat konzultace k produktům (telefonicky či vzdáleně)
  • řešit zákaznické požadavky na systém (customizace produktů)
  • školit zákazníky a prezentovat produkty firmy na různých seminářích
  • podílet se na implementačních projektech a jejich realizaci
  • spolupracovat se systémovými konzultanty

Požadavky

  • znalost mzdové problematiky a pracovního práva v ČR
  • znalost MS Office
  • alespoň pasivní znalost AJ
  • ideální jsou zkušenosti na podobné pozici, např. se zákaznickou či aplikační podporou nějakého HR nebo ERP systému
  • výhodou zkušenosti s počítáním výplat či z oblasti personalistiky
  • VŠ vzdělání ekonomického či technického směru (min. Bc. stupeň)
  • pozice je vhodná i pro šikovné VŠ absolventy s kratší praxí (šikovné absolventy zaškolí, zkušené profesionály ocení)
  • logické a analytické myšlení, schopnost samostatně pracovat, dobré komunikační schopnosti a vstřícnost, proaktivita, prozákaznický přístup, stabilita
  • výhodou ŘP sk. B (občasné služební cesty k zákazníkům)
