Network Specialist (instalace v zahraničí)

Nasazování telekomunikačního SW na systémy vzdáleně nebo přímo u zákazníka, instalace SW i HW, poskytování zákaznické podpory. Vhodné i pro VŠ absolventy, možnost cestování.

Popis

Pozice obsazujeme pro brněnskou pobočku úspěšné mezinárodní společnosti, která se zaměřuje na vývoj a podporu SW produktů pro telekomunikační společnosti.

Na této pozici budete:

  • nasazovat produkty náročné na výkon na zákaznické systémy (vzdáleně nebo přímo u zákazníka)
  • instalovat software i hardware (switche a routery)
  • pracovat s ITSM od ServiceNow, databázemi Cassandra, Couchbase
  • poskytovat technickou podporu zákazníkům dle nastavených SLA
  • analyzovat a identifikovat problémy, hledat vhodná řešení
  • rozlišovat, zda se jedná o problémy aplikací, infrastruktury nebo třetích stran
  • ve spolupráci s produktovým manažerem navrhovat vylepšení produktů a souvisejících procesů
  • podílet se na držení pohotovostí (zhruba 1 týden v měsíci)
  • cestovat k zákazníkům

Požadavky

  • dobrá orientace v sítích a síťových protokolech (TCP/IP)
  • znalost OS Unix/Linux na administrátorské úrovni
  • alespoň základní porozumění procesu vývoje SW
  • výhodou znalost IMS core, mobilních sítí
  • výhodou zkušenost s relačními a NoSQL databázemi
  • velmi dobrá komunikativní AJ
  • zkušenosti s virtualizací, s instalací a konfigurací hardware i software
  • alespoň kratší praxe se správou komplexních síťových produktů na Linux/Unix platformě
  • SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru
  • ochota cestovat k zákazníkům do zahraničí
