Hled�me �ikovnou asistentku do SW spole�nosti, kter� bude zaji��ovat administrativn� podporu a starat se o 50 zam�stnanc�.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro mezin�rodn� SW spole�nost, kter� se zab�v� v�zkumem a v�vojem v oblastech aplikovan� kryptologie.

Na pozici budete:

zaji��ovat b�nou administrativn� podporu t�mu (n�kupy letenek, zaji�t�n� ubytov�n� v r�mci slu�ebn�ch cest, vy�izov�n� v�z atd.)
zodpov�dn� za kontrolu ��etn�ch doklad�, faktur, p��pravu podklad� pro mzdy, spr�vu stravenek a pokladny
vy�izovat telefony a p��i o n�v�t�vy
vytv��et z�pisy z porad, archivace smluv, po�tovn� agenda
pod�let se na tvorb� propaga�n�ch materi�l�
p��prava podklad� pro nov� a odch�zej�c� zam�stnance a st�isty
zodpov�dn� za agendu BOZP
