IT Manager (zahraniční společnost)

Máte zkušenosti se server a network administrací a také praxi s vedením IT specialistů? Pak pro Vás máme lákavou příležitost na vytvoření nového IT týmu se zodpovědností za chod backend infrastruktury a vybudování nového datového centra!

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro mezinárodní společnost, která se zabývá poskytováním poradenských služeb v oblasti plánování investic, jejíž součástí je i inhouse vývoj vlastního software.

Na této pozici budete:

  • zodpovědný za management backend IT infrastruktury ve společnosti a jejích pobočkách po celém světě
  • řídit datové centrum včetně serverového HW, sítí, telekomunikačních zařízení (organizace i konfigurace)
  • v případě potřeby spravovat serverová řešení (OS, fyzické i virtuální servery, storage a backup systémy) i síťová řešení společnosti
  • zodpovídat za bezproblémový chod interní IS/IT infrastruktury v rámci každodenního provozu
  • vést IT projekty související s datovým centrem či síťovými službami za účelem zajistit maximální dostupnost, integritu a flexibilitu služeb
  • jednat s externími poskytovali služeb, vyjednávat s nimi smluvní podmínky, nastavovat SLA, monitorovat poskytované služby dodavatelů
  • spolupracovat s dalšími kolegy na zajištění souladu s GDPR a požadavky na informační bezpečnost
  • plánovat a implementovat bezpečnostní opatření, disaster recovery plány, zajistit security aktualizace (např. antivirových updatů)
  • přispívat ke strategickému plánování a implementaci globálních IT/IS řešení, analyzovat možná rizika různých návrhů
  • rozšiřovat a vést menší infrastrukturní tým IT specialistů
  • jako team leader rozvíjet tým, podílet se na náboru, přijímacích pohovorech, ročním hodnocení, mentoringu, trainingu
  • poskytovat pravidelný reporting ohledně výkonnosti IT infrastruktury (SLA)

Požadavky

  • velmi dobrá znalost serverů, storage problematiky (SAN, NAS) a virtualizace (VMware)
  • praktická znalost MS Windows serverů (AD, MS SQL, MS Exchange) a základní znalost Linuxových serverů
  • dobrá znalost datových sítí (data network design, routování IP, Ethernet, WiFi sítě, LAN/WAN design - správa a monitoring)
  • dobrá znalost network security nástrojů a principů informační bezpečnosti
  • alespoň základní orientace v počítačových sítích vč. routerů/switchů, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SSL/TLS, VPN, firewallů
  • znalost IT procesů na úrovni 2-3 levelu uživatelské IT podpory
  • velmi dobrá plynulá znalost AJ (pro denní využití se zahraničními kolegy)
  • několikaleté zkušenosti se správou IT infrastruktury (administrace serverů a sítí) z několika společností a aktuální znalost serverové infrastruktury
  • zkušenosti s vedením lidí, např. jako Team Lead, případně zkušenosti s vedením remote týmů
  • zkušenosti s řízením IT služeb poskytovaných třetí stranou
  • zkušenosti s incident managementem, eskalačními procedurami v oblasti IT supportu
  • SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání technického směru
  • řidičský průkaz sk. B a ochota příležitostně cestovat
  • analytické schopnosti, výborné organizační schopnosti, kvalitní soft-skills dovednosti, proaktivita, samostatnost, schopnost dodržet termíny
  • schopnost řešit problémy včas a efektivně, schopnost nakládat citlivě s důvěrnými informacemi
