Java/Kotlin team leader

Nově vzniklá banka hledá do svého týmu seniorního backend vývojáře, který by se nyní rád věnoval spíše vedení týmu! Přidejte se a pracujte na rozsáhlém projektu bez historického zatížení.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro brněnskou pobočku české společnosti zabývající se vývojem webových a mobilních aplikací na míru, která pracuje na projektu pro novou banku.

Na této pozici budete:

  • nést zodpovědnost za dodávku části produktu
  • se primárně věnovat koordinaci, prioritizaci, vedení týmu
  • částečně vyvíjet v Kotlinu (pokud zatím s Kotlinem neumíte, nevadí → stačí znalost Javy a chuť se učit) - z větší části se ale bude jednat spíše o support a např. řešení architektury
  • úzce spolupracovat s product ownerem

Požadavky

Hledáme zkušeného Java/Kotlin vývojáře, který:

  • má dlouholetou praxi s vývojem v Javě → nutností, a ideálně i s Kotlinem → není podmínkou
  • zná Spring Boot, a ideálně i Micronaut
  • se ideálně orientuje v práci s databázemi (zejména PostgreSQL a MongoDB)
  • už má za sebou i nějakou praxi z vedoucí pozice (výhodou)
  • touží věnovat se spíše vedení týmu, koordinaci, prioritizaci apod., než samotnému vývoji
