Popis
Pozici obsazujeme pro brněnskou společnost zabývající se vývojem a implementací SW pro pojišťovny.
Na této pozici budete:
- věnovat se kompletnímu náboru ajťáků a jeho strategii - od specifikace pozice s manažery, přes inzerci, aktivní oslovování a komunikaci s personálními agenturami, po organizaci a účast na pohovorech, konzultacích, sdělování zpětné vazby, řešení nástupů
- podílet se na adaptaci nováčků na firemní kulturu, organizovat jejich první dny, dávat dohromady administrativu kolem nástupu
- komunikovat s hiring manažery, zaměstnanci i uchazeči
- mít na starosti komunikaci s kariérními portály, univerzitami a dalšími partnery, hledat nové cesty k zisku kandidátů
- mimoto mít možnost podílet se na dalších HR a marketingových projektech dle zájmu
- úzce spolupracovat s HR manažerkou
Požadavky
Hledáme nadšence do HR a IT, který:
- má již alespoň 3letou praxi v oblasti náboru ajťáků a má za sebou zkušenosti s vedením alespoň menšího projektu (např. náborová kampaň apod.)
- se nebojí komunikace s manažery ohledně týmových kapacit i rad v oblasti náboru lidí
- ví, jak probíhá ideální adaptační proces zaměstnanců a má tušení, jak jej nastavit
- ideálně nemá problém s psaným projevem, rád se zapojí do psaní různých příspěvků, článků apod.
- se aktivně zajímá o nové trendy, novinky z oblasti HR a dobrovolně sleduje situaci na pracovním trhu, baví ho objevovat nové cesty v oblasti náboru
- dokáže komunikovat v angličtině alespoň na úrovni B2 (v psané i mluvené formě)
- je zodpovědný a spolehlivý, má drive a k problémům přistupuje aktivně, je samostatný a nepotřebuje nad sebou neustálý dohled

- jedná se o práci na hlavní pracovní poměr, preferovaně plný úvazek, ale možností je i zkrácený (0,75 a výše)
