The position is filled for a French Software company which is opening a SW team in Brno.

Job Summary:

As a CRM developer and member of Data Management Office, you enable management decision making, and help improve company's performance and strategies based on the data contained in our CRM.
You collect, prepare, inspect, and administer the CRM data to facilitate its exploitation by the business teams: lead generation, sales, marketing etc.
Your objective is to make the most of the mass of data from the activity of the companies making up the company group.
This position requires above average communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Maintain the integrity of data stored in the CRM.
Implementation and follow-up of our CRM customizations (using SQL and Javascript).
Participation in the collection of requirements and drafting of functional specifications.
Proposal of optimization solutions.
Support and training of the teams to our CRM.
Supervision of reporting based on our CRM.
You can travel in France for training, analysis, and support.

Required Qualifications:

basic knowledge JavaScript/Rhinoscript (especially on server side);
basic knowledge of any relational database (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server) and SQL queries, selects/joins;
fluency in English.

The ideal candidate (not mandatory):

has ideally some knowledge about customer relationship management or CRM systems;
has knowledge of data processing or modelling;
has a background in IT, business school or a Data specialization;
already worked in a multicultural and remote environment;
has some experience with a CRM solution;
can understand/read French (not mandatory);
has good interpersonal skills, is a good listener and has a sense of service;
the role is suitable for juniors with some short commercial experience.

employment contract for indefinite period, full-time role;
office in Brno and cooperation with stakeholders abroad;
interesting salary based on skills and experience (40-55,000 CZK/month) + annual bonus (7-10% yearly incentive, based on profile);
