Scrum Master

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro mezinárodní SW společnost s pobočkou v Prostějově.

Na co se můžeš těšit?

  • implementaci a propagaci Scrum ve společnosti s rodinnou atmosférou a přátelským duchem
  • koordinaci a vedení sprintů, retrospektivy, denní stand-up meetingů
  • spolupráci s PO, PM, RTE a ostatními scrum mastery
  • formování a motivace týmu
  • svého "buddyho", který Ti je k dispozici pro příjemnější onboarding do společnosti

Požadavky

Pozice je pro Tebe ta pravá, pokud:

  • sis už zažil/a roli Scrum Mastera
  • ovládáš Scrum techniky a artefakty
  • máš nadšení pro agilní metody
  • pracovat s lidmi Tě těší
  • umíš podchytit slabá místa v procesech a nezalekneš se řešení problémů
  • multi-tasking je pro Tebe hračka
  • nemáš problém vykomunikovat (česky i anglicky) cokoliv s kýmkoliv
