Business analytik (oblast pojišťovnictví)

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro brněnskou společnost zabývající se vývojem a implementací SW pro pojišťovny.

Na této pozici budete:

  • klíčovým členem menšího projektového týmu zaměřeného na nový projekt
  • pracovat na tvorbě a údržbě business architektury systému, popisovat procesy pomocí BPMN
  • komunikovat s klienty, transformovat jejich požadavky do fungujícího systémového řešení
  • definovat a vyhodnocovat kritéria navrženého řešení, prezentovat je stakeholderům
  • neustále se vzdělávat v oblasti, předávat své zkušenosti
  • úzce spolupracovat se stakeholdery, podporovat vývojáře a testery

Požadavky

Hledáme komunikativního nadšence do business analýzy, který:

  • za sebou má už alespoň 2letou praxi na pozici business analytika
  • má zkušenosti s tvorbou a údržbou procesů pomocí BPMN; setkal se s vedením větších projektů
  • je schopný směřovat rozhodnutí tak, aby byl business model konzistentní a jasný, a dokáže svá rozhodnutí srozumitelně komunikovat ostatním stranám
  • se setkal s agilním vývojem
  • ideálně má ponětí o oblasti pojišťovnictví (není podmínkou)
  • nemá problém s komunikací v angličtině
