Scrum master (hi-tech produkt)

Hledáme zkušeného Scrum mastera do týmu zaměřeného na datovou analytiku ve specifické technologicky náročné oblasti.

Popis

Pozice obsazujeme pro rostoucí brněnskou pobočku mezinárodní hi-tech společnosti, která vyvíjí produkty ve specifické technologicky náročné oblasti.

Na pozici budete:

  • mít kompletně na starosti vývojové Scrum týmy a být mezi nimi spojkou, pomáhat jim s organizací práce, starat se o dodržování agilních praktik (plánovat sprinty, standupy, řešit retrospektivy apod.)
  • propagovat agilní přístup napříč týmy
  • mentorem jednotlivých členů týmu, podporovat efektivitu týmu, odstraňovat překážky, poskytovat motivaci i pokyny pro zlepšování procesů
  • mít přehled o stavu projektů a roadmap, reportovat pokroky a metriky managementu
  • spolupracovat s product ownery, vzdělávat je, podporovat je během řešení a údržby produktového backlogu

Požadavky

Hledáme komunikativního a agilně laděného kandidáta, který:

  • má alespoň 2leté zkušenosti na pozici Scrum mastera, ideálně v mezinárodní společnosti
  • perfektně rozumí agilnímu vývoji, velmi dobře zná Scrum metodiku, ideálně je vlastníkem certifikátu
  • umí pracovat s některým nástrojem pro issue tracking
  • vystudoval VŠ v IT nebo podobném technicky zaměřeném oboru (výhodou)
  • nemá problém vykomunikovat (česky i anglicky) cokoliv s kýmkoliv
