Technická podpora v oblasti Cyber security (remote)

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro rostoucí brněnskou a ostravskou pobočku společnosti poskytující IT support pro velké zahraniční zákazníky.

Na této pozici budete:

  • podílet se na dodávce řešení a implementaci security systému
  • poskytovat podporu a řešit zákaznické problémy
  • instalovat a konfigurovat security řešení
  • starat se o údržbu systému
  • vytvářet technickou dokumentaci pro security oblast

Požadavky

  • znalost IT networkingu a administrace systémů
  • výhodou orientace v oblasti bezpečnostních politik a postupů
  • velmi dobrá AJ
  • zkušenost z IT operations (s MS systémy)
  • schopnost správně porozumět požadavkům zákazníků a navrhnout technické řešení
  • chuť se dále učit a pracovat na sobě, aktivní přístup k řešení problémů
  • zákaznický přístup
