Business Analytik/Project koordinátor pro intranet

Hledáme zkušeného business analytika, který bude mít na starosti implementaci nového intranetu a souvisejících aplikací.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro zahraniční strojírenskou společnost a její interní globální IT tým.

Na pozici Vás čeká:

  • budete fungovat jako technický konzultant a koordinátor pro implementaci nového řešení v oblasti intranetu a komunikace se stakeholdery
  • společně s dalšími kolegy se budete podílet na soustavné digitalizaci napříč firmou
  • úzce budete komunikovat především s marketingovým a komunikačním oddělením, budete zpracovávat jejich požadavky a předávat je do IT
  • budete zodpovědný za IT řešení a SW nástroje pro marketing a komunikaci
  • povedete projekt tvorby nového intranetu společnosti
  • budete řídit transformaci několika aplikací na platformu Office 365
  • spolupráce s externími integračními partnery

Požadavky

  • dobrá znalost MS prostředí, ideálně zkušenost s Office 365
  • AJ na komunikativní úrovni
  • alespoň 4 roky praxe v oblasti business analýzy a aplikačního managementu
  • zkušenost s koordinací externích IT dodavatelů
  • zkušenost s IT projekty v oblasti intranetu a komunikace
  • výhodou praxe s návrhem řešení v oblasti Office 365, napojením na MS aplikace apod.
  • SŠ/VŠ v oblasti IT
  • schopnost pracovat v mezinárodním prostředí, dobré komunikační dovednosti
  • praktičnost, analytické schopnosti, flexibilita a ochota se učit
  • schopnost pracovat samostatně a strukturovaně, iniciativní přístup
