.NET Tech Leader

Do mezinárodní společnosti hledáme zkušeného .NET programátora se zkušenostmi s vedením týmu.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro brněnskou pobočku mezinárodní společnosti zabývající se vývojem a provozem rozsáhlých e-shopů.

Na této pozici budete:

  • pracovat na interních i externích systémech pro podporu e-commerce platformy
  • mít na starosti analýzu, vývoj, testování, opravy, dokumentaci
  • diskutovat o technických a byznys specifikacích, pracovat na vývoji vnitřní struktury aplikace
  • podílet se na návrhu architektury a komunikovat jej s týmem na architekturu zaměřeným
  • poskytovat podporu 3.-4. úrovně (zhruba 5 % času)
  • vést 5členný agilní tým, podílet se na jeho rozvoji, určovat cíle, vyhodnocovat je
  • spolupracovat s product ownerem, stake holdery
  • úzce spolupracovat se zahraničními kolegy, mít možnost vycestovat na zahraniční pobočky
  • podílet se na výběru nových kolegů
  • pracovat v kancelářích v centru Brna

Požadavky

  • velmi dobrá znalost vývoje v C# ve Visual Studiu 2019
  • znalost frontendových technologií, jako je JavaScript, CSS, HTML
  • znalost databází SQL, MS SQL Server a Azure SQL
  • znalost práce s REST API, ASP.NET MVC, Entity framework
  • znalost cloudových technologií (Kubernetes)
  • znalost principů CI/CD
  • znalost principů aplikační architektury (hexagonal, CQRS), architektury mikroslužeb
  • dobrá komunikativní AJ (alespoň B2-C1) pro komunikaci se zahraničním týmem
  • pozice je vhodná pro zkušené C# programátory s alespoň 5letou praxí a se zkušenostmi na pozici team/tech leadera
  • zkušenosti s Azure DevOps
  • zkušenosti s prací s Git, Jira, Confluence
  • zkušenost s prací v agilním prostředí
  • zkušenosti s automatizovaným testováním
  • aktivní přístup k řešení problémů, analytické myšlení, velmi dobré komunikační schopnosti
