Dev Lead (síťový provoz)

Znáte vývoj v Céčku a orientujete se v síťových protokolech? Máte zkušenosti s vedením lidí? Hledáme Dev Leada pro zastřešení technického vývoje produktu pro zahraniční zákazníky a také pro aktivní účast na samotném vývoji.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro menší brněnskou pobočku francouzské společnosti zabývající se vývojem SW produktů v oblasti analýzy síťového provozu.

Na této pozici budete:

  • vést technický vývoj a zároveň malý tým programátorů
  • organizovat vývoj SW pro zpracování a analýzu velkého objemu dat získaných ze síťové komunikace
  • aktivně se zapojovat do vývoje produktu sondy síťové komunikace, analyzovat požadavky, navrhovat SW řešení a programovat v jazyce C
  • mít na starosti hodnocení a rozvoj jednotlivých členů týmu a zodpovídat za plánový nábor nových zaměstnanců
  • dohlížet na jednotlivé fáze agilního vývoje SW, zodpovídat za kvalitu produktu
  • spolupracovat se členy týmů ze zahraničních poboček a reportovat vedení ve Francii

Požadavky

  • znalost jazyka C
  • velkou výhodou znalost síťových protokolů (TCP/IP, GSM) a analýzy síťových packetů
  • znalost životního cyklu vývoje SW
  • plynulá znalost AJ
  • aktuální praxe s vývojem v jazyce C
  • zkušenosti s vedením vývojového týmu
  • zkušenosti s agilní metodikou
  • vzdělání technického směru (IT)
  • dobré komunikační schopnosti, schopnost organizovat a motivovat tým, koordinovat projekty, analytické myšlení, schopnost efektivně řešit problémy
