Technik telco systémů (instalace v zahraničí)

Specifikace požadavků a navrhování technických řešení z oblasti síťové komunikace, prezentace a instalace produktů u zákazníků, možnost podívat se do různých zemí světa.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro původně českou společnost se sídlem v Ústí nad Orlicí, která je součástí mezinárodního koncernu. Zabývá se vývojem průmyslových routerů pro klienty z celého světa.

Na této pozici Vás čeká:

  • specifikování požadavků a navrhování technických řešení z oblasti síťové komunikace
  • poskytování technické podpory pro firemní produkty, a to vzdáleně i přímo u zákazníka
  • instalace a konfigurace zařízení u zákazníků, příprava a realizace školení
  • diagnostika, analýza a ve spolupráci s oddělením podpory i řešení technických problémů
  • provozní kontrola a ověřování správné funkčnosti komunikačních zařízení
  • vytváření a udržování vztahů se zákazníky, prezentace produktů u zákazníků
  • spolupráce s obchodním oddělením, produktovým manažerem a vývojovým týmem
  • cestování za zákazníky do zahraničí po celém světě

Požadavky

  • dobrá orientace v IT (SW a nejlépe i HW)
  • znalost technologie GSM/UMTS/LTE, WiFi, protokolů TCP/IP
  • alespoň základní znalost administrace Linux OS
  • komunikativní znalost AJ
  • pozice je vhodná pro zkušenější kandidáty i absolventy s praxí v oblasti telekomunikací, počítačových sítí apod.
  • VŠ vzdělání technického směru
  • schopnost a chuť rychle se učit novým věcem, dobré komunikační dovednosti, aktivní přístup, zodpovědnost, spolehlivost, samostatnost
  • ochota cestovat za zákazníky (zhruba 25 % času)
