Projektový/Delivery manažer (oblast loterií)

Příležitost pro projektového/delivery manažera, budete mít na starosti tým odborníků, který se podílí na jednom ze stěžejních produktů společnosti.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro rozvíjející se českou firmu zabývající se vývojem online sázkových systémů.

Na této pozici budete:

  • mít na starosti vedení týmu programátorů a testerů
  • dohlížet nad plněním dodávek a dodržování termínů
  • komunikovat týmu cíle sprintu, hlídat jeho dodávky a sledovat výkonnost
  • pomáhat řídit diskuze, zefektivňovat fungování v týmu, hledat řešení při odstraňování překážek
  • spolupracovat s Product Ownery a Technical Leadery
  • jednat s managementem společnosti
  • řešit další běžné požadavky a běžnou administrativu okolo produktu a týmu
  • jedná se o tvůrčí a samostatnou práci s moderními technologiemi

Požadavky

  • obecný přehled v IT oblasti
  • velkou výhodou znalost Agile/Scrum
  • alespoň pasivní znalost AJ
  • alespoň 2 roky praxe v SW firmě na pozici projektového/delivery manažera
  • zkušenost s vývojem softwaru
  • zkušenost s vedením vývojového týmu
  • jste přirozený leader, který si umí získat tým, rozpoznat aktuální potřeby a být schopen odstranit překážky
  • analytické schopnosti, systematičnost a důslednost
  • ochota příležitostně cestovat (Bratislava, Uherské Hradiště)
