UX Designer

Baví Tě přemýšlet nad designem? A láká Tě design interního systému? Pro menší mezinárodní společnost, která je předním poskytovatelem softwarových a servisních řešení pro řízení IT a zákaznických služeb, hledáme UX designéra, který bude mít pod palcem UX produktů pro uživatele z celého světa.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro mezinárodní SW společnost s pobočkou v Prostějově a v Brně s neformální a přátelskou atmosférou.

Na co se můžeš těšit?

  • návrh informační architektury pro produkty, které jsou na míru šité zákazníkům
  • specifikaci funkcionalit a konceptů a tvorba interního designu systému
  • vedení testování a uživatelského výzkumu v Miro
  • dostatek prostoru pro vlastní nápady a jejich realizaci
  • vytváření wireframů a hifi prototypů (Sketch, Adobe XD, Useberry)
  • vedení workshopů a prezentaci svých řešení
  • komunikaci v AJ se zahraničními kolegy a zákazníky
  • svého "buddyho", který Ti je k dispozici pro příjemnější onboarding do společnosti

Požadavky

Pozice Ti "klikne", pokud:

  • máš za sebou 2 roky zkušenosti s UX designem
  • jsi inovativní a rád hledáš nové cesty k vylepšení
  • umíš pracovat s daty
  • navržená řešení umíš komunikovat a obhájit
  • dobře se Ti pracuje v menším týmu podobných nadšenců do UX
  • znáš své limity a nebojíš se přiznat, když něco nevíš
  • komunikace v AJ s okolím pro Tebe není výzvou, ale radostí
