Popis
Pozici obsazujeme pro významnou českou multioborovou společnost, která je součástí velké zahraniční firmy.
Co budete mít na starosti:
- podporu uživatelů v prostředí MS 365
- tvorbu a konfiguraci aplikací v MS 365
- spolupráci na migraci prostředí společnosti do MS 365
- spolupráci na přípravě nových systémů a funkcí v dalších IS (Dynamics 365, ...)
- rutinní údržbu IS (zavádění nových uživatelů, testování a klasifikace hlášených chyb)
- přípravu zadání nových požadavků na IS pro vytvoření programových úprav
- tvorbu výstupů z IS podle specifických uživatelských požadavků
- zvyšování efektivity práce uživatelů pomocí automatizace MS Office (typicky VBA)
Požadavky
Co byste měli znát:
- technickou podporu Microsoft 365
- správu/podporu Microsoft Collaboration Products (MS Teams, Sharepoint, MS OneDrive)
- skriptování v prostředí PowerShell
- praxe v oblasti uživatelské podpory MS 365 či IT consultingu (min. 2 roky, počítá se i praxe při studiu)
- angličtinu (min. na pasivní úrovni, preferujeme komunikativní)
- SŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání zaměřené na informatiku
Co hledáme:
- orientaci v IT oblasti ve směru k obecné podpoře práce uživatelů
- pozitivní a vstřícný přístup k běžným uživatelům napříč celou firmou
- analytické myšlení pro navrhování optimálních řešení pro jednotlivé požadavky až po úroveň celkové architektury IS firmy
Co uvítáme (je výhodou):
- znalost správy Azure Active Directory Services
- zkušenost s Power Apps a Power Automate
- tvorbu uživatelské dokumentace koncovým uživatelům
