SAP Project Manager

Máte zkušenosti s implementací ERP systémů a praxi s vedením projektů? Máme pro Vás pozici na řízení integračních a implementačních projektů v oblasti ERP!

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro brněnskou pobočku významné nadnárodní technologické společnosti.

Na této pozici budete:

  • vést IT projekty zaměřené na ERP systémy, primárně SAP implementace
  • podílet se na realizaci strategie přechodu od 100+ ERP systémů k 10 Core systémům
  • řídit deployment projekty v regionu EMEA s cílem přejít od legacy systémů ke core ERP (SAP/Oracle)
  • vést integrační projekty napříč různými funkcemi a organizacemi
  • spolupracovat s interními týmy i kontraktory/třetími stranami
  • zodpovědný za dosažení projektových cílů a plánů menšího až středního rozsahu
  • podílet se svou oblastí na dosažení cíle rozsáhlejšího programu
  • zastřešovat každodenní dokončení projektových cílů zahrnující projektové plánování, časové harmonogramy, integrace projektových plánů, sledování nákladů, identifikace možných rizik, reporting
  • podporovat komunikaci na projektu během implementací

Požadavky

  • znalost ERP systému SAP nebo Oracle
  • znalost metodologie projektového řízení
  • plynulá znalost AJ na pokročilé úrovni
  • alespoň 3 roky zkušeností v projektovém managementu
  • podmínkou zkušenosti s implementací/deploymentem/optimalizací SAP nebo Oracle systémů
  • zkušenosti s globálními projekty
  • velkou výhodou zkušenosti s implementací ve výrobním prostředí
  • výhodou zkušenosti s vedením většího počtu lidí ve více lokalitách
  • VŠ vzdělání technického nebo ekonomického směru (min. Bc.)
  • ochota cestovat po světě
  • schopnost vést tým lidí v různých rolích a kulturách, výborné verbální a prezentační dovednosti, schopnost efektivně komunikovat se stakeholdery na vyšších úrovních, dobré porozumění business procesům
