Description

Let’s join an R&D company specializing in providing governments with cyber security technology preventing crime.

What to expect in the position:

  • to become a member of the C/C++ development team and also cooperate with cyber security, cryptology and RF specialists
  • to develop unique cyber security applications for international customers based on their specifications
  • to participate in the design process, contribute with your own innovative ideas, build and maintain high quality code and create elegant solutions in a Linux environment
  • to implement SW both in C (mobile platforms) and C++ (Linux)
  • to debug, test, review, document and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable codebase
  • most of the time you will work in a Czech speaking environment, but at least basic knowledge of English is required

Requirements

What we need:

  • good knowledge of C++ and commercial experience at least 3 years
  • knowledge of STL library and experience with Boost libraries
  • very good knowledge of the modern standards C++14/17/20
  • experience in programming in Linux/Bash, Python, CMake
  • knowledge of development life cycle (design, development, testing)
  • knowledge of testing framework (gTest/gMock)
  • at least basic knowledge of network protocols and network programming
  • ability to write clean and well-documented code
  • good communicative skills in English
  • citizen of EU / NATO

Nice to have:

  • experience using Boost.Asio library
  • familiarity with GitLab development workflow, CI/CD practices and tools
  • familiarity with cellular technologies GSM/UMTS/LTE
