Mezinárodní společnost působící ve stavebním průmyslu hledá koordinátora SAP služeb.

Popis

Pro mezinárodní společnost řídící výrobu a prodej stavebních materiálů hledáme koordinátora služeb do key user HUBu v Českých Budějovicích nebo Praze.

Co Vás na pozici čeká?

  • budete mít zodpovědnost za hladký chod systému SAP (analýzy, KPI, procesy)
  • koordinace dodavatelů a zákazníků
  • komunikace s klíčovými uživateli a s externími partnery, sdílení novinek, informací a systémových aktualizací
  • vytváření povědomí o správném používání systému pro zadávání a správu požadavků
  • monitorování kvality a vedení školení
  • práce na zajímavých projektech v mezinárodním prostředí
  • každodenní komunikace v anglickém jazyce
  • organizace různých činností a administrativa, mediace komunikace

Požadavky

  • uživatelská znalost systému SAP (např. analýzy, KPI, procesy)
  • zájem o technické pozadí systémů a přesah v oblasti SAP (jak co funguje, proč to tak funguje, ...)
  • minimálně jeden rok praxe s řízením systémů
  • pozice je vhodná i pro VŠ absolventy s praxí na podobné pozici, kteří získali organizační a koordinační zkušenosti
  • výborné komunikační schopnosti a organizační schopnosti
  • angličtina na pokročilé úrovni (B2-C1)
  • ochota cestovat (10 %)
