Team Lead (aplikace pro streamování médií)

Hledáme zkušeného frontend vývojáře, který povede SW projekty v české pobočce holandské společnosti, která se zabývá vývojem multiplatformní aplikace zaměřené na streaming medií.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro brněnskou pobočku mezinárodní firmy s přátelskou atmosférou, která se zaměřuje na vývoj aplikace pro streamování medií.

Na pozici budete:

  • vyvíjet v Reactu aplikaci pro stramování médií (zhruba 25 % pracovní náplně)
  • vést agilní tým vývojářů
  • rozvíjet členy týmu, hodnotit jejich práci
  • podílet se na náboru nových kolegů a jejich zaškolování
  • rozhodovat o nasazení produktu a budete zodpovědný za jeho dodání zákazníkovi
  • komunikovat s kolegy ze zahraničí (Holandsko, Španělsko)

Požadavky

  • znalost Javascriptu, Reactu nebo Reactu Native
  • dobrá znalost agilní metodiky (Scrum) a DevOps
  • zkušenost na pozici vývojáře
  • velkou výhodou zkušenost s vedením SW projektů, případně alespoň chuť se vedení ujmout
  • angličtina na komunikativní úrovni (mezinárodní tým)
  • schopnost vést a motivovat tým
  • proaktivní přístup, flexibilita, samostatnost
