Projektový manažer (mezinárodní hi-tech společnost)

Hledáme projektového manažera pro vývoj software ve specifické technologicky náročné oblasti.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro rostoucí brněnskou pobočku mezinárodní hi-tech společnosti, která vyvíjí produkty ve specifické technologicky náročné oblasti.

Na pozici budete:

  • vést projekty vývoje software, propojovat firemní hodnoty s přáními zákazníků
  • vytvářet roadmapy a starat se o ně
  • mít zodpovědnost za backlogy pro vývoj a nasazování inovací, starat se o jejich srozumitelnost
  • pracovat na optimalizaci vývoje produktů, jejich přesnosti a stability
  • účastnit se rozhodování ohledně budgetu, QA a zlepšování procesů
  • projektově vést tým vývojářů
  • komunikovat s interními stakeholdery

Požadavky

Hledáme šikovného a komunikativního projekťáka, který:

  • má už alespoň 3leté zkušenosti na pozici projektového manažera nebo product ownera v oblasti IT
  • se již setkal s procesem vývoje software a přidruženými nástroji, a dokáže se v nich zorientovat
  • rozumí agilnímu vývoji, ideálně Scrumu
  • vystudoval VŠ v IT nebo podobném technicky zaměřeném oboru (výhodou)
  • nemá problém vykomunikovat (česky i anglicky) cokoliv s kýmkoliv
