Cloud Support Engineer (junior i senior)

Hledáme cloudového nadšence, který bude poskytovat podporu SaaS produktům a pracovat na návrhu implementačních řešení.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro brněnskou nebo prostějovskou pobočku mezinárodní SW společnosti.

Na pozici budete:

  • součástí mezinárodního týmu, který poskytuje podporu pro SaaS produkty
  • komunikovat se zákazníky, zjišťovat jejich požadavky ohledně nastavení cloudu
  • navrhovat konkrétní řešení pro nasazení produktu do cloudu, podílet se na implementaci
  • monitorovat a udržovat zákaznická řešení, poskytovat technickou podporu zákazníkům
  • pracovat s nástroji jako OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Icinga

Požadavky

  • administrátorská znalost Linuxu
  • znalost databázových systémů (výhodou MariaDB, MS SQL)
  • alespoň základní znalost orchestrace (ideálně Kubernetes)
  • orientace v oblasti zabezpečení sítí
  • komunikativní AJ
  • výhodou zkušenosti s návrhem, implementací a správou cloudového řešení
  • výhodou zkušenost s dohledem pomocí Icinga nebo Zabbix
  • pozice je vhodná jak pro zkušené kandidáty, tak pro absolventy s kratší praxí a znalostí cloudových systémů
  • schopnost plánovat a navrhovat možná řešení
  • schopnost práce v týmu
  • řidičský průkaz sk. B
