Konzultant low-code CRM platformy (junior/senior)

Pozice pro vývojáře nebo analytiky, které bude bavit komunikace se zákazníky, analýza business procesů a návrh úprav v CRM systému.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro brněnskou pobočku mezinárodní SW společnosti, která aktuálně rozšiřuje svůj projektový tým.

Na pozici budete:

  • pracovat na projektech automatizace business procesů v prostředí low-code platformy Pega
  • komunikovat se zákazníky, analyzovat jejich požadavky a navrhovat a implementovat změny na platformě Pega
  • v případě potřeby programovat v Javě a Javascriptu, pracovat s SQL
  • mít možnost pracovat i s dalšími technologiemi (React, Spring, Hibernate, ElasticSearch, Kafka,...)
  • součástí mezinárodního týmu
  • občas cestovat přímo k zákazníkovi

Požadavky

  • dobrá znalost modelování business procesů (BPMN, UML)
  • schopnost analyzovat požadavky a snaha hledat optimální řešení
  • povědomí o fungování IS (od frontendu až po databázi)
  • schopnost algoritmického myšlení (ideálně i zkušenosti s programováním v Javě nebo Javascriptu)
  • výhodou znalost relačních databází a SQL, REST, SOAP, JSON
  • komunikativní AJ
  • alespoň kratší zkušenost s programováním
  • pozice je vhodná jak pro zkušené developery/analytiky, tak pro absolventy s kratší praxí a znalostí BPM
  • ŘP sk. B, ochota příležitostně cestovat do zahraničí
  • analytické a koncepční myšlení, dobré komunikační schopnosti
