Senior Linux administrátor (Customer Support)

Samostatná komplexní pozice pro zkušené zájemce o IT administrace a odborné technické podpory v mezinárodní společnosti.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro české pobočky mezinárodní společnosti zaměřené na vývoj a podporu SW produktů z oblasti telekomunikací.

Budete zde:

  • poskytovat odbornou technickou podporu zahraničním zákazníkům společnosti a řešit troubleshooting převážně na Linux serverech
  • podílet se na deploymentu produktových aplikací u zákazníků
  • odpovědní za odborný support aplikací na různých service levelech podle v souladu s SLA´s
  • diagnostikovat, analyzovat a řešit SW/HW technické problémy, udržovat SW/HW
  • instalovat aplikace a případně rekonfigurovat
  • tvořit a vést související dokumentaci
  • praktikovat best practices a sdílet znalosti s ostatními kolegy
  • identifikovat možnosti zlepšení služeb a realizovat je
  • kooperovat s dodavateli IT/Security služeb podle v souladu s SLA´s
  • spolupracovat na mezinárodních IT projektech s kolegy ze zahraničních týmů
  • příležitostně navštěvovat zákazníky (technické workshopy a deploymenty)

Požadavky

  • velmi dobrá orientace v oblasti administrace Linux serverů (instalace, nastavení, storage, networking, systémové služby, webové služby)
  • znalost instalace a správy klientských stanic (OS Windows, OS Linux)
  • orientaci v oblasti sítí a síťových protokolů
  • znalost skriptování v shellu (výhodou znalost dalších skriptovacích jazyků)
  • dobrá znalost AJ slovem i písmem (častá komunikace se zahraničními pobočkami)
  • alespoň 5 let zkušeností na pozici systems/support inženýra a ideálně v mezinárodní společnosti
  • zkušenosti se serverovým HW (instalace, propojení, troubleshooting)
  • zkušenost s administrací VMware, storage (SAN, NAS), backup strategií
  • zkušenosti s návrhem a prací v data centru
  • výhodou zkušenosti s cloud backupy (MS, Amazon či další)
  • výhodou zkušenosti s OpenStack, KVM, Windows Server, O365, Integrace
  • SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru
  • ŘP skupiny B
  • schopnost analyzovat a vyřešit problém
  • analytické a komunikační schopnosti, komunikativnost, proaktivní a pozitivní přístup k řešení problémů, samostatnost, zodpovědnost, schopnost práce v týmu, flexibilita
  • schopnost mentorovat juniornější kolegy a sdílet své zkušenosti
  • ochota příležitostně cestovat do zahraničí
