Technická podpora (sítě LAN/WAN) - i pro absolventy!

Poskytování technické podpory pro produkty v oblasti síťové komunikace, konfigurace aktivních síťových prvků a návrh topologie sítí.

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro stabilní českou společnost, která se zabývá síťovými a komunikačními technologiemi.

Budete zde:

  • poskytovat technickou zákaznickou podporu produktům v oblasti síťové komunikace
  • konfigurovat a nastavovat parametry jednotek
  • navrhovat zapojení a topologii nových sítí, případně rozšiřovat stávající řešení
  • kontrolovat a ověřovat správnou funkci komunikačních jednotek
  • komunikovat s technickým supportem dodavatele

Požadavky

  • znalost aktivních prvků LAN, WAN a znalost nastavování routerů a switchů
  • dobrá znalost protokolů na bázi TCP/IP a problematiky Ethernet sítí
  • dobrá znalost OS Windows
  • výhodou znalost OS Linux
  • výhodou absolvování kurzů Cisco, Juniper či certifikace CCNA
  • komunikativní znalost AJ
  • pozice je vhodná pro absolventy s praxí při škole i pro zkušenější kandidáty
  • řidičský průkaz sk. B
  • analytické schopnosti, kreativita, samostatnost, systematičnost
  • ochota příležitostně cestovat (do 25 % času)
