Popis

Tuto pozici obsazujeme pro nový brněnský tým české společnosti, která vyvíjí SW pro streamování videa.

Na této pozici budete:

  • komunikovat se zákazníky, zodpovídat mailem či telefonicky jejich dotazy, poskytovat jim základní uživatelskou podporu
  • identifikovat příčiny problémů, analyzovat je a předávat dále (internímu týmu nebo třetím stranám)
  • podílet se na efektivním nastavení procesů uživatelské podpory
  • sledovat sportovní zápasy :)

Požadavky

  • velmi dobrá znalost českého jazyka
  • dobré komunikační dovednosti
  • analytické myšlení
  • časová flexibilita
  • výhodou předchozí zkušenost s uživatelskou/technickou podporou
  • výhodou VŠ/SŠ vzdělání technického směru
  • prozákaznicky orientovaný přístup
  • samostatnost, aktivní přístup
