Application Consultant/Support

Menší IT tým české pobočky mezinárodní farmaceutické společnosti hledá nového kolegu, který má zkušenosti s implementací systémů a aplikační podporou.

Popis

Toto pracovní místo obsazujeme pro blanenskou pobočku mezinárodní farmaceutické společnosti, která se zabývá vývojem a výrobou generických léčiv.

Na této pozici budete:

  • odpovědný za implementaci a upgrady MES systému dle aktuálních projektů
  • zajišťovat spolehlivý chod systémů dle standardů společnosti
  • pracovat na integraci dalších systémů (ERP, LAB aj.)
  • řešit požadavky uživatelů - komunikovat s českými i zahraničními kolegy
  • spolupracovat s business oddělením a s českými i zahraničními dodavateli
  • monitorovat a testovat systémy, identifikovat a řešit bugy ve spolupráci s technickou podporou a Servicedeskem
  • tvořit dokumentaci
  • součástí menšího přátelského IT týmu
  • příležitostně vyjíždět na tuzemské i zahraniční služební cesty

Požadavky

  • orientace v oblasti aplikační podpory a implementace systémů
  • výhodou znalost MES, SAP a SharePoint
  • komunikativní AJ (slovem i písmem)
  • VŠ vzdělání nebo SŠ s odpovídající praxí
  • alespoň 2 roky praxe na podobné pozici
  • zkušenost s nástroji pro analýzu a zpracování požadavků
  • výhodou zkušenost s GaMP nebo ITIL
  • výhodou zkušenost na konzultantské pozici
  • samostatnost, proaktivní přístup, dobré komunikační dovednosti
