System Support Specialist (i pro VŠ absolventy)

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro stabilní českou SW společnost zabývající se vývojem informačních systémů pro oblast ekonomiky, řízení lidských zdrojů či logistiky.

Vaší náplní práce bude:

  • podílet se na instalaci a podpoře informačních systémů zákazníků, převážně vzdáleně
  • poskytovat technické konzultace v oblasti informačních systémů
  • pečovat o rozvoj vnitřních informačních systémů
  • řešení technických problémů zákazníků (např. zásahy na MS Windows serverech)
  • zajištění správného chodu cloudových a portálových systémů
  • práce v týmu systémových konzultantů

Požadavky

  • znalost administrace MS Windows
  • základní znalost síťových technologií
  • výhodou orientace v podnikových procesech
  • alespoň pasivní znalost AJ
  • VŠ vzdělání technického nebo ekonomického směru (min. Bc. stupeň)
  • pozice je vhodná i pro šikovné VŠ absolventy bez praxe (šikovné absolventy zaškolí, zkušené profesionály ocení)
  • komunikativní dovednosti, týmová orientace a schopnost učit se nové věci a hledat řešení, stabilita
