Sales Representative (i pro juniory)

Popis

Pozici obsazujeme pro brněnskou pobočku mezinárodní firmy s přátelskou atmosférou, která se zaměřuje na vývoj software pro streamování medií.

Vaší náplní práce bude:

  • zodpovědnost za identifikaci a zhodnocení nových business příležitostí v oblasti streaming media
  • podpora týmu obchodníků odpovědných za evropský region
  • řešení příchozích poptávek a požadavků ohledně produktů (prostřednictvím webu a telefonu) s cílem zanechat kladný první dojem
  • provádět strategický výzkum nových příležitostí v oblasti médií a oslovovat nové zákazníky k posílení růstu firmy a její pozici na trhu
  • plánování hovorů a schůzek s cílovými zákazníky
  • vytvářet seznam strategických cílových zákazníků, určovat priority v rámci definovaného segmentu a lokality
  • udržovat aktivní spojení s existujícími i novými klienty skrz kreativní komunikaci s cílem zvýšit zájem zákazníka
  • vést profesionální konverzaci se seniorními manažery
  • sdílení poznatků a best practices, poskytování vstupů a feedbacků z marketingu, reportování výsledků

Požadavky

  • znalost oblasti marketingu a obchodu
  • výborná znalost AJ
  • alespoň kratší praxe z podobně zaměřené obchodní pozice
  • výhodou zkušenosti s prodejem B2B řešení
  • výhodou zkušenosti s rozvojem obchodu
  • výhodou zkušenosti s nějakým CRM řešením (např. uživatelské)
  • výhodou zkušenosti s marketingem či copywritingem
  • VŠ vzdělání technického směru (min. Bc.)
  • pozice je vhodná i pro energické VŠ absolventy s kratší praxí
  • výborné verbální dovednosti a schopnost zdatně konverzovat po telefonu
  • schopnost multitaskingu, iniciativa a proaktivita, schopnost prioritizace úkolů a dobrý time-management
  • schopnost řešit problémy a pracovat v dynamickém týmově orientovaném prostředí
